FreelyMemo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. A 21-day free trial provides full access to all features. After the trial, a one-time purchase is required to continue using FreelyMemo.
FreelyMemo Pro is available as a one-time payment of $7 USD. Payment is processed securely by Polar. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's terms of service for payment processing.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using FreelyMemo Pro, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FreelyMemo. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the extension or license keys.
FreelyMemo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the extension. Your notes are stored locally — it is your responsibility to maintain backups of important data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of FreelyMemo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
